Retail and Showroom Epoxy Flooring in Reston, VA

Reston retail runs from the Town Center's open air streets to the village center shops that serve each neighborhood. In every store the floor is the largest surface a customer sees, and a stained or dusting floor quietly argues against the merchandise standing on it.

Showroom epoxy bounces light back into the room, reads as high end under display lighting, and wipes clean quickly at close. Statement spaces take metallic designs; busy shops take fine flake, a forgiving ground with a granite like read.

Finishes That Sell the Room

The finish is picked against your lighting, fixtures, and traffic at the walkthrough.

• Metallic designs for statement showrooms and galleries
• Fine flake for busy retail that needs a forgiving floor
• Gloss topcoats that lift light under displays
• Entrance zones reinforced for weather and grit
• After hours and phased work to protect trading days

Designed Town, Detailed Floors

Reston customers shop in a town that was designed on purpose, and they register care and carelessness quickly. A sealed floor keeps the cared for impression with nightly effort measured in minutes: a sweep, a mop, and the room is ready for morning.

The floor also works behind the counter, where stockrooms and service areas take the same sealed, cleanable treatment so the whole operation runs on one standard.

Recent Project: Retail Epoxy Flooring at Reston Town Center

A Town Center retail space had a worn floor that dulled its displays and took an hour of work to look merely clean. We ground the slab across two evenings, poured a soft silver metallic design, and sealed it under gloss. The shop reopened each morning on schedule, and closing cleanup now takes minutes.

Turnaround

Two evenings plus a cure day, shop open every day.
